About Us
Originally from Russia, Sasha graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy before going on to dance across the US and Europe with companies such as Staatsballett Berlin, Ballet du Capitole de Toulouse, Jacobson Ballet, and Festival Ballet Providence.
Throughout his career, Sasha experienced firsthand the toll of a dancer’s demanding schedule, facing injuries that required extensive rehabilitation. It was during this time that he discovered a passion for corrective exercise and learned how to address muscle imbalances to keep the body strong, resilient, and injury-free.
After retiring from the stage in 2020, Sasha became a certified personal trainer and quickly advanced to Head Trainer at his first gym. Since then, he has worked with young dancers, figure skaters, pole vaulters, and tennis players, helping them improve strength, flexibility, balance, and agility.
By combining his professional dance background with his firsthand experience of rehabilitation and functional training, Sasha brings a unique perspective to fitness. He is especially passionate about working with young athletes and dancers, equipping them with the strength and tools they need to perform at their best while staying healthy and resilient.

LAUREN KENNEDY
As a former professional ballet dancer with Boston Ballet, Staatsballett Berlin, Ballet du Capitole, and Festival Ballet Providence, Lauren’s years navigating the demands of the ballet world sparked a passion for helping dancers train in a way that is supportive and specific to their unique needs.
Throughout her career, Lauren often struggled with a lack of strength, muscle development and the challenges of hypermobility.
It wasn’t late in her career, after incorporating strength and stability training as well as proper nutrition, that she noticed a significant shift in her body, technique and confidence.
Now a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Lauren is passionate about helping dancers access the kind of intentional strength training and guidance she wishes she had at an early age.
