Personal Training for Dancers

Designed specifically for dancers, our training uses targeted conditioning, mobility work, and corrective exercises, to help dancers enhance stability and strength, support proper alignment and prevent overuse injuries and pain.

Whether you're a professional dancer or a dance student, your sessions will be tailored to support your unique needs, address any areas for improvement and help you reach your full potential in the studio and on stage.

30, 45 or 60 minute sessions available. In person in RI, USA.

Virtual Training for Dancers

Virtual personal training is for dancers who want to build strength, improve technique, and prevent injury from anywhere in the world. Whether you're training for auditions, performances, or simply looking to dance with more power and confidence, our coaching provides the customized structure and expert guidance you need to grow as an artist and athlete.

Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes in length, conducted via Zoom.
